Anthonika Titus, M.D., Operations Director

In January 2024, NOVA warmly welcomed Dr. Anthonika Titus to our team as the Operations Director. Dr. Titus, a board-certified physician brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. She oversees our medical services, operations, financials, human resources, community outreach, and dedicated staff in Haiti. Beyond her administrative duties, she is instrumental in shaping the strategic future of NOVA, working hand-in-hand with the Executive Committee of the Board and key leaders in the community.

Dr. Titus graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Haiti, where she served her community as a general practitioner. Her path led her into hospital administration which resulted in a career of executive roles within the healthcare sector. Her most recent position before joining us was as the General Manager of a non-profit where she had broad responsibilities including oversight for their medical department, finances, operations, human resources, and inventory.  In addition to her medical degree, Dr. Titus has a Bachelor's in Theology and is continuously expanding her knowledge, currently working towards a Master's degree in Project Management. She is fluent in Creole, French, and English, along with conversational Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse
range of individuals. Dr. Titus and her family live in Cavaillon. We are grateful that she joined NOVA and for her commitment to the community she serves.
